With a breadth of experience derived from years spent working in local government administration, Morgan partners with client municipalities to deliver real solutions to municipal problems. As a current county commissioner and former borough councilman, he has spearheaded projects ranging from neighborhood revitalization to comprehensive zoning code updates.
Morgan holds his M.S. in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and his B.A. in Economics from Allegheny College.
As a practicing attorney for over 18 years, Jason collaborates with clients to address a wide variety of municipal needs. Serving as both a municipal solicitor and a county solicitor, Jason has experience in every aspect of local government, including code enforcement, land use planning, emergency services, tax assessment, and blight reduction programs.
Jason holds both his Juris Doctor and his B.A. in History and Classics from the University of Pittsburgh.
